Beazer Homes sets the standard of living for millions of homebuyers in the U.S. However, Beazer’s internal branding needed some housekeeping. The old brand standards guide was more like a phone book than a manual. Confusion reigned and on a shelf it sat. We simplified, reorganized and re-imagined the book as a few, useful sections with marketing templates covering every imaginable scenario. And everything was linked to the relevant online resources.
